Miss World 2017, Manushi Chhillar is soon to make a big-screen debut.
Reportedly, Chhillar will be seen opposite actor Akshay Kumar in a biopic on Prithviraj Chauhan that is expected to go on floors towards the end of the year.
Directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi and produced under the banner of Yash Raj Films, the film is expected to be a historical drama.
Speaking about Chhillar’s Bollywood debut, a source said,
Manushi has shown a lot of promise from the time she became a national craze. She is not only pretty but a great performer, too. She will be essaying Sanyukta’s role and will be romantically paired opposite Akshay. Aditya Chopra feels she has a good screen presence and has also got her on board as one of the talents under his banner.”
The former Miss World’s has already bagged several brands such as Club Factory, and Malabar Gold and Diamonds as an ambassador. She is also participating in several acting and dance workshops to prepare for her period saga.
